help please,, new pump not working

Hello!

I am 5 weeks pp. I have been using the SpectraS2 and it has been working well with size 24 flange. I recently bought the freemie pump system in size 25. I am getting almost no milk when I use this new pump and it is painful, even on a lower setting than what I use with the Spectra. Any idea of what is going on?
