Best labor position ?

Go go go. 
I honestly didnt know you could give birth on your hands and knees. I always thought you had to be on your back. That's without the epidural too. So any suggestions would be awesome cause I'm trying my best to go natural again..

I had an epidural and the doctors still helped me to be on different positions. I think it depends on the place you go my sister didn't have epidural and was not allowed to change positions.

It’s best to squat. Gravity definitely helps a lot.
When you’re on your back, gravity is pushing down on your belly, not your vaginal canal. So it is harder. With that being said, I had the epidural all 3 times, so I was on my back. 
If I had another, I’d opt for the squat and no epi.

I unfortunately had to give birth in my back because i had an epidural and the doctor refused anything else. I wanted to give birth on my side or do supported squatting

I gave birth on my back, but I definitely had much more relief during contractions on my hands and knees.

I gave birth on my back for my last one and he came out so fast in 4 pushes. With my first I had a lot more time and they offered me a bar where i could get on my knees and push that way took an hour of pushing. But i like the idea of trying several positions.
