I've had herpes for about 5 years now. It's never been an issue, I'm asymptotic, I've never given it to anyone. And no one ever had an issue with it. But the last several people I've told weren't comfortable moving forward. It's kind of a huge hit to my self-esteem. The person I got it from didn't tell me they had it, so I feel really disgusting and cheated. My sex life has taken a huge hit.
