Does this sound like Endo?

So I have been seeing a fertility doctor privately, but I can't afford the cost to have the Laparoscopy done at his clinic.

So I want to go see another doctor who my medical will cover, but I want to tell him upfront that I want the Laparoscopy for suspected Endo. My other doctor thought this might be the last resort in diagnosing my infertility.

I never really had issues with my period and all that, until the last like six or so months. They've gotten much more painful recently, heavier and clottier than they used to be, and two months ago it was eight days long (I'm normally only five days with an extra day or two of spotting, but two months ago I needed a pad all eight days). I do often have pain, I know I have cysts too and my bloating has gotten worse.

*I do often cramp but it's not severe enough for me to care, only during my period and sometimes it's bad during ovulation. Also to my knowledge Endo has different levels and severity... That's why the doctor wants it done, to confirm whether it's Endo or not.
