Help with....
I just had my 5th all via c section...my kids are pretty close 12-15-17-18-20 “year they were born” do you think I can tighten that mom pooch I have below my belly button...I’ve been doing crunches...planks...weights I’m scared I won’t get my stomach tight plus I tied my tubes and Im scared I will look bloated for the rest of my life 😭🤦🏼♀️ suggestion is greatly appreciated....

This was me in 2014 maybe it’s the way my body is built...
