Infertility

So I’ve been diagnosed with a fibroid the size of a lemon and told my left Fallopian tube is clogged. Im having surgery next month to correct it. Has anyone had this done and if so did it increase your chances of pregnancy. Side note one also 34 and never been pregnant.
