5 months PP, I don’t look the same😞

The first two photos are before I got pregnant the last two are after. I’m 30 lbs more than I was and i can’t seem to get rid of my stretch marks😔 I just have a hard time loving & accepting my body now it’s to where I dont even wanna have sex as soon as it gets heated I remember what I look like and I suddenly feel uncomfortable. Ive started running 1 mile every day to lose weight. I’m getting married in august and haven’t gotten my dress in yet but I’m scared to try it on last time I went dress shopping I hated my body and I’ve almost decided to just elope and have a reception for that reason.😮‍💨 my boobs look amazing I’ve never really had boobs just covered in stretch marks.
