I’m trying everything I’m tracking and I’m taking my prenatals and everything I’m just not getting pregnant

Prenatals don’t increase your chance of getting pregnant, they just increase your chance of having a health pregnancy once you are pregnant (so yes keep taking them). 
If you’ve been trying for a year without success see your doctor! Unfortunately it can be normal for it to take quite a few months though.

We tried for two plus years. Tracking ovulation and taking temps and it never happened naturally. We had to have fertility treatment

Doesn’t matter you can try you’re hardest and it still won’t happen. I tried for over 4 years and nothing happened until now I did everything ! Prenatal and I would track ovulation and still nothing. It always happens unexpectedly. Probably less then 50% of women get pregnant when they try too! Give it time DONT force it because it won’t happen these things come unexpectedly.
