Be honest... do I have a wide rib cage? Or wide hips?
Do you think I have a wide rib cage or hips? Or both? And if so, is there any way I can try to diminish it? I’ve been trying to do some chloe ting workouts (2 week shred then currently doing 2021 summer shred) along with some yoga and kettlebell workouts (since I can only workout at home rn) just for my body overall but I don’t know if it’ll continue to help/hurt the weight loss process :// I’ve been insecure about my body for so long 😔 I do plan to hit the gym and continue to jog when I go back to school tho
