self harm

TW!!!!

so today i saw that my little brother cuts his wrists, he knows i know and he told me he’d rather not talk about it and that my mom doesn’t know. my first thought was to tell my mom and let her deal with it but i don’t want him to think he can’t trust me. i need some advice please
