How to read ovulation tests/track them?

Hello! This is my first month tracking my cycle and taking ovulation tests (3rd month ttc) and I’m honestly not sure how to do it. What I mean is, how to interpret the results. I’m on day 12 now, and obviously today was really high! Just wondering how long I should keep testing, having sex every day, and if anyone has any tips! Thank you in advance 😊

I would say today is positive, that makes it tomorrow for ovulation.
I do not like tha apps, they depends on your camera and lighting quality.
But what there is to remember, if the test line (near the end you dipped into pee) is as dark or darker than a co teol line, it is a positive test. Yours looks like same color? Basically you can stop testing now all in all and have sex, also consider ovulation 12-36 hours after the first positive, to ease tracking usually you say ovulation is next day.

I would look into SMEP (sperm meets egg plan). It’s an idea of when to time sex based on OPKs and idk, I found it helpful! You obviously don’t have to follow it exact but I think it’s a rather smart guideline. As far as OPKs go, I typically start testing once in my fertile window. Once the line starts to get darker (or I approach around when I typically ovulate) I start to temp 2x a day- once at 11 am and once around 4-6pm that way I don’t miss my peak! I will say, I also temp in conjunction so I can confirm ovulation with that and I usually ovulate 12-48 hours after! Since I’ve ovulated so soon after, I like to make sure we are doing the deed prior to my positive just so I don’t miss it 😉 p.s. your peak is when the test line is as dark or darker than the control!
