Damage to foetus?

Hi all, I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I've just been playing/wrestling with my 5 year old niece. I was lying on my back and she stepped on my stomach just above my pelvic bone before I realized 'shit' and moved her off me.
Have I just caused irreparable damage to the foetus?

At 6 weeks the baby is safely tucked behind the pubic bone, so no need to worry.

I have a 3 year old, 5 year old and a 14 month old. I lift and wrestle and do crazy things and I'm almost 12 weeks.

Most likely not. I mean as long as you don’t start bleeding and cramping (like a lot) then there should be nothing to worry about.
