So scared

I have spotting and massive cramping. I went to the er on Friday and my HCG levels was 725 they didn't see a yolk sac and I'm back at the er getting blood work done again. Has anyone ever had this happen and if so please I need advice to prepare myself for anything. SB this is not my first baby
