Tiny little red spots on legs?

Hi! I have attached a picture of these little tiny pinprick looking red dots on my legs. They are not itchy at all. I was on the ground, on a carpet, playing with my niece and afterwards I noticed this on my legs. I had also been in the sun without sunscreen for a little. I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this!
