Why going to bed so late? Most babies naturally want to start their night between 7-8 pm. That’s the natural circadian rhythm.

We keep wake windows max of an hour and a half. So if bed is 9, last nap ended at 730. But it’s all based on when last nap ends. Ours is typically at 6ish and then whenever she wakes up we do bed 1.5 hours after

More of a snooze not a deep sleep but def getting ready for last bottle ans a good nights sleep.

I wouldn’t call it a nap but she definitely snoozes a little while I get my 2 year old ready for bed. It doesn’t effect her night sleep at all though. She sleeps from 10-7:30 without waking.

We do a nap 7-8pm every night. And then he goes to bed around 9:30-10 (10 is a stretch to keep awake but we try).
