4dpo confused

Me and my wife are so confused ! we track ovulation and she ovulates on time every single month, we did at home insemination on the 24th when she got her positive ovulation test, and we decided to check it the day after just to make sure we did it in time, she got a super positive opk, today she felt a little off (way too early to be any kind of pregnancy sign) and she got a positive opk, she has tested once a day since because she has felt like she does when she ovulates, and every day except yesterday we got a positive but i dont think we held test in urine long enough, the picture is from 23rd up until today, not sure why she is still getting positives 😩 she is not on any type of medication
