Nipple discharge and rash on boobs?

I’m 19 weeks and my boobs hurt super bad. I have this rash on them, and they’re itchy. I’ve been having a bit of clear fluid come out. How do I make this better and is this normal?

You're probably leaking colostrum, which is normal. Mine hurt and are extremely itchy before and after I leak. I would talk to the doctor about the rash though
