Please suggest suitable time for conceiving post 1st miscarriage . Is it necessary to wait for 3 months to plan next pregnancy or can it be Started earlier as well I.e post 1 st period after miscarriage. I am bit anxious as I am in early 30s and more day can lead to further issue hence planning for next pregnancy at earliest.

Also, what test needs to be done post miscarriage to ensure that there is no complications and it’s safe for future pregnancy.
