Digestive relief
Help! I am so uncomfortable. Between the bloating with everything I eat and the nausea almost all day I'm exhausted. I cant sleep and I'm just constantly trying to get comfortable. I'm trying to stay on top of gas relief pills. Ut they dont always work.
I'm just feeling discouraged with feeling like ik gaining wait from eating to help with nausea and then instantly bloating. Any advice...
