Early pregnancy sinus infection

Miscarried in December so i almost don’t believe I am actually pregnant again. I will continue to take first response so I can track my line progression since I’m still early on.

I have come down with a nasty cold or sinus infection. I’m curious if other ladies have experience this as well? It’s tough knowing what is safe to take at this time to help alleviate symptoms.
