I went in for an ultrasound today, and they couldn’t find anything in the sac. They said it shows 5 weeks, but I am 7 1/2. I have had 3 miscarriages, so I am not hopeful. The thing that’s different this time, is I have had my hcg levels tested 5 times, and at 6 weeks 4 days (just last week) the hcg was 11,849ish. The doctor said it can be either a miscarriage about to happen because the pregnancy stopped progressing, or I am way earlier in pregnancy than I thought (but I got a positive test at 4 weeks almost 4 weeks ago), or it’s an ectopic because of the levels still rising that much. Then, She also said it could be multiples and they aren’t showing yet because they are smaller? I went in for cramping anyway, but I’m so confused. Has anyone gone through something similar?
