Best baby spoons

Hi! We recently started my 4 month old daughter on solids and she is so happy to eat the purées off of my finger, but doesn’t seem to enjoy eating them off a spoon. Does anyone have any suggestions for a baby spoon? We’re currently using the “Re-Play Infant Spoon Set”.

BUT I highly suggest waiting until 6m for solids. 4m is still too early and an outdated recommendation.

I think toddler utensils are a gimmick to be honest. I had some Beaba spoons that we tried using because they were gifted to me, but in the end we had the most luck waiting until 6 months to start solids and we did baby led weaning. At first my son used his hands to eat, then he preferred using our normal silverware (the small spoons and forks) because he wanted to be just like us around 9 months. My friends had luck using the Upward Baby stainless steel interlocking sets (the handles look like legos), but my son still preferred our regular set.

We liked these. Easier for adults to hold. Also agree with waiting until at least 6 months, but to each their own 🤷🏻‍♀️
