Is feeling nauseous and having diarrhea a sign labor is close or do i maybe have a stomach virus? I have been feeling sick for 2 days and i can’t barely get out of bed. All i wanna do is sleep. (I had preeclampsia with my first son 2years ago and had him at 34weeks) my blood pressure has been okay and i haven’t had any swelling so far in this pregnancy. Just a little worried.
