Insemination before peak?

Hi all I’m due to peak probably cd 14
And ovulate cd 15. This’ll be our 5th time trying. Should we inseminate before peak? I’m thinking because last time I noticed my cm change before we inseminated but the tests showed peak so we went with it. We want this more than anything so any help would be appreciated! We are thinking the 9th?

Are you using frozen or fresh sperm?

I’m no expert by any means, but I think you might want to try it before. Maybe 2 days before the peak and the day of the peak. If you have access to your donor then maybe you can even try the day after the peak day. I know people who have used this method and have gotten pregnant within the first three months of trying.
