Fetal harm from heartbeat doppler?

Ok so this is my 4th pregnancy and I’ve never purchased a fetal heart doppler until this time. I found out I was pregnant at 3.5weeks by complete surprise so the anxiety with this pregnancy has been through the roof. I’ve used a doppler almost daily for the past 4 weeks and JUST NOW decided to research the effects of ultrasound on the fetus, including heartbeat dopplers. 
Anyone have any experience with this? All the studies say there are risks to fetus such as overheating, cell division, cavitation, harm to hearing development, etc. but I didn’t see any medical articles of babies born with harm or impairments related to ultrasound or doppler use. Needless to say I hid the doppler and won’t be using it anymore.

It’s fine unless you hold it in the same spot for an hour or use it for a looong time every day… it heats up tissue but other than that it’s fine.

I have a Doppler that a friend gave me that she used daily with her son who is now 4. She had had miscarriages so was really stressed. She let me have it bc I had a stillbirth last September and she wanted me to have the reassurance. I can’t quite use it right now bc I have a tilted uterus so it’s even hard for the midwife to find with the Doppler until around 16w. I may use it once I know it will work well for me. But I would like to say that my midwife told me that if I needed to come into the office everyday in order to see or hear the baby bc of my loss that she would make that happen. She didn’t seem worried that it would hurt this baby by offering that either. I’m not doing that as my office is an hour away and I’m not that stressed yet but who knows the closer I get to the end the more anxiety I will have since he was exactly 40w when he died.

I have one and I feel completely comfortable using it. However, I only use it when I need reassurance that she is ok. I’m almost 18 weeks and I’ve only used it maybe 3 times this pregnancy. I used it with my first two and they are totally fine.

I had a transvaginal u/s at 6 weeks and the ob/gyn only watched the heartbeat. He said there is no known risks; however, doesn't feel it is necessary blasting the baby with that much energy so early on.

My midwife advised against it because the research is very conflicting, though a lot of children I think are okay it depends on the risk you personally are willing to take. I do think daily is probably not good though. 
My midwife basically said she believes it to make anxiety worse and ie leads to daily use which is not recommended.
