Morning Sickness 🤢
Hey mamas,
I am 10 weeks and 3 days today. Around week 6 I thought I was blessed to not have any morning sickness. I was most definitely wrong. Ever since I have been consistently nauseous and vomiting all day. So bad that I can barely get a meal in, drink any water or take my vitamins. I’ve tried ginger teas and lozenges and baby does not agree with ginger. Literally the smell or though of any food has been triggering. I’m not sure how to get through this. I wear nausea bands that don’t seem to help. I’ve tried smaller meals. I’ve tried crackers and toast and all the bland foods. None of it helps, it all literally comes right back up. If you have any tips PLEASE SHARE. I want to make sure my baby and myself are as healthy as can be. It’s really discouraging to go through.
