Confused about my boyfriend...please help

So I have a boyfriend who I love but sometimes it's difficult to understand him. He's 35 and I'm 25....he said I made him feel young and that I'm the youngest girlfriend he ever had. He loves me so much that he has told several family members about me. He says he loves me and does not want to let me go. He wants to introduce me to his mom and I kinda freaked out because based on the fact that we've argued to regularly....it didn't make since for me to meet her I thought. I haven't met her yet. This man told me he cried when I told him earlier in the relationship that I was to go away for about 6 weeks.

PROBLEM: He was very romantic in the relationship and he had sex like 4 times in 2 weeks but now, a whole 2 months had passed and there is absolutely no intimacy. I have to ask for hug and kiss in order for him to literally hug and kiss me. Me wanting sex seems to be an issue since he complains that there are "a lot of things going on". He is a hard worker...no lie. He lives with his uncle and partakes in his restaurant business on Fridays.

Also, another issue is that too often he'd say "let's go out" and it ends up not happening...he'd say get ready for 8pm instead and 8 becomes 9 and 9 becomes 10 and I'd say let's forget it. I've been so disappointed and depressed by it. I've told him how I felt a couple of times and he said he'd change but that doesn't happen.

We do plan to go away to his aunt's house to spend time together but I fear that when we come back that it would be the same thing...What's your thought on this?
