Is c section better then vaginally birth ?

My nurse saying it's safer causebi have twins on the way but I have bad panic attacks  about my health and I scared of dying that how bad my anexity is my heart starts racing dizziness hot flashes I can't think right idk about c section  should I be cool about it and expect it or try different  doctors?!!

Better for twins delivery? Yes im sure it's safer.. but better as in easier? Helllll no.. yes you lay painlessly on a table and delivery your baby. But the healing process was by far the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Its a major surgery.. think about it and weigh your options. Lots of people have twins vaginally perfectly fine

U won’t feel a lot of pain when they take the baby out. But you will be sore after they sew u back up..

I would look into something like hypnobirthing - not for doing it meds free (unless you want to) but to truly learn about the labour process, c sections and work on building your mindset strong and confident as you head into this journey 💕 I think if you are anxious either option might cause you anxiety so get some tools to help you feel relaxed and know what you want! ❤️

If you dont want a csection and their only medical reasoning is because you have a pregnancy with multiples you can say no and twll them that youre going to try a vaginal birth. They cant make you have a csection. As far as csection vs vaginals go, i had a scheduled csection with my first due to breech and a vbac with my second baby. I would choose a vaginal over a csection any day

I've had 2 vaginal births and 2 c sections. The c sections are easy as far as the procedure, but the recovery is much harder and longer. In terms of what's "better", it's all in the safety of you and the baby. I think a vaginal birth is better with all being equal, but if unsafe then c section is necessary. If you prefer a vaginal birth, tell your dr and see if you're a candidate eg babies are in a good position and no other health considerations. With my 4th baby my dr advised doing another c section instead of a vbac, but I told him my preference and discussed risks and he ultimately agreed to allow it (it ended up not working out because I got preeclampsia) but my point is don't be afraid to speak up and ask more questions.

There are many factors in place and you should discuss with your doctor. My sister had her twins vaginally but their position was favorable and she preferred a vaginal birth because she had a short maternity leave. So she was induced and it took 3 days because they were going slowly with small doses so that the babies don’t get distressed. At one point, she got fed up and asked for a c section but her OB told her we came this far and the babies are doing great, let’s wait a bit before we do that and it worked. Baby A had to be suctioned but baby B slid right out.
She was happy she got what she wanted but she feels her birthing experience was traumatic. Even now 3 years later, she says she doesn’t want to have more kids because she’s worried about delivery but who knows, if she had a c section, maybe the short term recovery might’ve been more difficult but it may have been less traumatic long term.

It’s safe. More and more people are having them now some required medically and others choose to do it- I did it because My son was breached. Recovery sucks yes but honestly you don’t care much before during and after because your concerned for the safety of your babies. Sister had twins and did c section for their safety.

For multiples yes. For singletons no. Generally speaking the more medical intervention, the more complications (obviously there are reasons people need medical intervention at times).
