Crotch pain
Anyone else having pain in your crotch when you get up from a chair or out of bed or out of the car? It’s getting to where I can’t walk long distances without pain. I can’t even walk through a store. Anyone know what this is? It’s like a sore muscle or something. How do I make it go away? I have a lot of walking coming up and don’t want it to be painful.
