Heeelp!!

Our daughter was sleep trained. She is now almost 9 months and the last two weeks have been on and off living hell. I know it’s likely the 8 month sleep regression but I’m still exclusively pumping 6 x a day with one time being at night. But I also am up with babe 3-4 x a night just wanting me. When I put her down she cries. I don’t like cio even though I did it with me other daughter. This girl is WAY different. Like last night I left her to cry abit to go see my other daughter to bed and she worked herself up so much she puked. She did it again with the first nap again this morning. She’s not sick (that I know of -no temp) but she is teething. I don’t know what to do I’m at wits end. I’m effing exhausted. Any advice mamas. I’m so concerned.
