Not eating?

Question

Is anyone else noticing their baby isn't eating as much? My son would nurse for 10 minutes on each side. Now he nurses 5 minutes on each side and sometimes doesn't even eat from both sides.

Same here, my son was eating for 15 minutes in each side, now it takes him about 5-6 minutes. He gains weight perfectly and always looks happy.

You can always check with your pediatrician, but from what I’ve read they become more efficient eaters the older they get.

Same here. I think my baby is just getting more efficient with nursing and I also think my supply has regulated as I barely leak in between feeds. Babe is gaining weight and seems satisfied so I'm trying not to worry. We have a pediatrician appointment coming up, so I plan to ask, but I'm pretty sure it's normal. Glad to hear I'm not the only one!
