Normal. One pregnancy I had it so bad I was convinced I was going to miscarry! But it's ligament stretching pain

It’s normal hun. 
With my first I was cramping so bad I threw up and had to go the ER for what I thought was a kidney infection.
When I got there they told me I was 4 weeks pregnant!! I was terrified but told it was completely normal.
It’s just your uterus growing and round ligament pain.
