what is happening and how do i fix it ??

howdy y’all,

so the plan was to exclusively pump feed but during my pregnancy i got PUPPPs really bad and ended up being induced because of how severe it was. after i gave birth i pumped and my supply was normal but a few days after i was prescribed steroids and antihistamines to try and get the PUPPPs under control- which meant i couldn’t feed my son my breast milk. okay that’s fine, but i noticed because i wasn’t pumping on demand(i pumped every 2-3hours) my supply got low. specifically in my right breast ? now i’m off the medicine but my right breast continues to under produce no matter what i do.

please someone help me fix this 😭😭 ive tried pumping longer on that side, power pumping on that side, pumping more often on this side.. and i’m barely able to make over an oz,, it’s been two weeks and no change

before the medication i was making at least 4oz on each side..
