Early period or implantation?

I wiped today and this is what happened. Slightest cramps. When I wipe there isn't anymore only happened one. 
Body gearing up for period or could I be pregnant? Period is in 3 days. We had sex all through my fertile window without protection. He didn't cum in me but he wiped himself off and then stuck it back in everytime we had sex and multiple times during sex.

Unfortunately there’s really no way to know the difference, you’ll just have to wait it out and see if af starts. I will say, however, there is only a 25% chance of getting implantation bleeding so don’t get too caught up in the idea of it. I didn’t have it at all before finding out I was pregnant
