Pain wile useing the bathroom

Hey ladies I'm 33 weeks and I've been super sore all over my stomach and ive been haveing a problem where even the slightest push to use the bathroom is extreamly painful like it stretches my scar or something I've had two sections in the past has anyone else had this problem do you have any tips
