how to pass drug test for work?

I have an interview on tuesday as a pharmacy tech. I’ve been reading online to see if the company drug tests, and it seems as if it just depends on the store. I smoke weed almost everyday, definitely not as much as I used to, but it would still obviously show up on a test. Weed is legal in my state, but I know that doesn’t really affect anything. I have never taken a drug test to where I knew I would fail so I do not really know how to flush my system besides just drinking a ton of water. I wouldn’t think they would test me on the same day as my interview but just in case. I’m definitely not trying to go with the fake pee/using a friends pee route. Is it better to be honest with the employer about failing a drug test? Or should I just take it and fail??
