Itchy clit area

Hey all, I noticed 2 days ago while I was at work at that the clit area was a little itchy, thinking it was the panty liner I had on, I went about my day, but the very dull itching sensation has been going on for over 24 hours. It’s not extremely itchy, just a feeling that’s always there.

I figured it could be from shaving and hair growing back but i shaved and cleaned very well and nothing has really helped. It’s not painful either, I don’t have any abnormal discharge or smelly discharge and my vagina isn’t itchy so I don’t think it’s a yeast infection, although never had one… what could it be?
