Implantation bleeding??

Hi everyone I’m due my period in 4 days and I never get spotting beforehand. Today I have and not sure if it could be implantation bleeding? I didn’t get any with my son so not sure on what it looks like. I also have backache and light cramping pains. What do you all think?? Xx
