Round Ligament pain?

I went to the er with severe lower back and abdomen pain. Blood and Irvine test came back normal and baby was moving and breathing and their little ticker was awesome (152bpm) but this pain. Wouldn’t go away. The doctor chalked it up to round ligament pain even though it last for more that FIVE HOURS other next morning I woke up with bad belly button pain? Apparently I got an umbilical hernia it went away the next day. But now I’m terrified of the “round ligament pain” I will get. I hope it doesn’t last 5 hours or more again. Has anyone experienced this. Please don’t let me be the only one….
