Anyone try spicy food to induce labor?

I know there is no evidence to support it. Just asking for fun! If so comment some suggestions and if it worked or not.

With my first I swear I spiced him out of me... Texas Pete's hotter hot sauce in already hot salsa at around 10:30pm, water broke and mucus plug and bloody show happened at 2:30am, he was in my arms at 7:30 am!! Could have been a mix of the hot sauce and the laughing at Nick Swardson's comedy special (this was in 2011!) lol

I think the theory behind eating spicy foods is the same as castor oil: they make you poop which irritates the uterus and causes contractions. 
I tried jalapeño poppers with my first baby and they just gave me heartburn and made me feel gross. Whereas the midwives brew with my second baby gave me a couple soft poops and then a membrane sweep that afternoon had us meeting baby 4 hours later.
