Contractions for 2 Days!

I have been having contractions for 2 flipping days. They aren’t BH because they don’t go away when I rest/drink water. They aren’t getting any closer than 10 minutes. No water breaking, no mucus plug or show. I’m getting so frustrated 😭. I’ve tried walking, sitting on my birthing ball, I’ve cleaned my whole house, had sex. NOTHING IS MAKING THEM CLOSER. Is this happening to anyone else. My OB office is closed today and I hate to call the on call for no reason. Thoughts?
