So I recently broke up with my ex due to him cheating on me and blocked him on all social media. He’s never helped financially & only came around 3 times throughout my entire pregnancy. The only time he wants to text is when it’s about us not even our baby so I blocked him on iMessage for a few days because he was just making me miserable. Anyways I unblocked him just in case I happened to get a message from him wanting to see our baby (out of hope) but of course he never did but he did send a message saying he loved me which was gross I never answered but he keeps calling. I don’t pick up because I do not want to hear his voice or what he has to say about us. I just am not sure if I should file for sole custody he shows no effort and has a criminal record but i just don’t want to go to court and share custody I want my baby to be safe & loved at all times!!
