39+3 Period Like Cramping/Lower Back Pain

I’m 39+3 weeks and last night I was having period like cramps and lower back pain the entire night. This morning I woke up and one I started moving around it was gone. I’ve been having BH for weeks and I’m only 1 cm dilated as of last Wednesday with my baby not engaged. This is my second pregnancy. Thoughts on what is going on?
