How to get that Urge!

So I've never really been a sexual person in my life at all. I lost my virginity later than most I think too and I was told I never start sex off...its always him starting things off. I told him I never really been the person to make a "first move" as its WAAAY out of my comfort zone. I also never get enough urge to do stuff like that either as it would probably take a sex drive x 100 for me to even start something and I feel like I just dont have that. Were not a new couple or anything either...been together for a loooong loooong time sooo i assume things are getting boring for both of us honestly.
