Help me please!!

OK so I know it’s a lot of you this is gonna sound really stupid and you’re gonna probably wonder why I even took a pregnancy test in the first place. Earlier today I took a pregnancy test and I checked it a few minutes after I took it and it showed that it was negative. Then about an hour or so later I checked again and it showed this... now I have not had sex. I have tried to but it hasn’t ever gotten very far and neither me or my boyfriend finished while having sex we have done other forms of oral, dry humping, or just playing around. I know you can’t get pregnant without ejaculation inside of the vagina, but still this kind of freaks me out. I know sometimes can sometimes tests can be a little iffy when it comes to accuracy I’m hoping this is the case please just help me out and ease my mind I know there probably is a very high possibility of me being pregnant but I just wanna make sure. Thank you! Ps. Any of the times we tried to have sex we used a condom and I also am On the pill!
