HELP!! Breaking traditions

My boyfriend and I have only been dating for a year but have been friends for almost 8 yrs before that. We are both in our 30’s.

I recently found out I was pregnant (not planned) but I’m scared to tell my family because our relationship is new and we aren’t married.

I am happy but the fear for my families reaction is putting a damper on the news...Any advice on how to just enjoy it and make sure my parents understand my joy without a lecture
