Laparoscopy anyone else ?

I need words of encouragement and stories. I had an HSG in June partial blocked left tube and a little on the right and I have scar tissue on both my ovaries towards the end … now I have to get a laparoscopy to see if my ovaries can’t help move the egg back down my Fallopian tube .. they think I might have PCOS or endometriosis… or maybe just scarred anyone else have similar stories they can share me and my SO are not really financially set for IVF . I did get pregnant in 2019 had a bad miscarriage and in April 2021  I got another positive pregnancy test that ended in miscarriage (possible chemical)  please share your stories ladies it’s much needed I’m feeling overwhelmed and almost like ive been told my journey ends because of my insides and money 🥺😭 needing support no one knows Were going through this right now besides my SO  … no one else understands

I just had a laparoscopy surgery done because both of my tubes were blocked. And I had endometriosis. They were able to get one tube unblocked towards the ovary. They removed the endometriosis. I’m currently on my first cycle after the surgery. I will be checked after to make sure everything still looks good inside and they will put me on meds to make me ovulate more since I only have one tube open. I just pray this works out.

I had laparoscopy back on march 2021. Because i still can't conceive,i got check here in san antonio with the best fertility clinic and they told me everything was okay with me. But decided to get a second opinion after two year and conceive.  Then went to monterrey mexico to the best fertility clinic ,and just telling the doctor we have been trying since about 7 yrs. And he did all exam again blood,pap, and as soon he did the pap he says that my uterus was swollen so he though i have sexual diseases and he did test they  came negative for chlamydia and mycroplasma . Then he asked my about my period if they were painful and say yes. So he say you have endeometrosis.  And we did laparoscopy and hysterecopy, and he says I'm good now to try and have been trying since 3 months and if i dont get pregnant in 3 monthe i will be doing IVF. .but he told me if i dont fix endeometrosis first ivf won't work and will spend alot of money starting everything again..
He says for us options 
1)laparoscopy 
2) iui
3)IVF this one best option 
Its not painful you dont feel anything on surgery and next days just lil pain when you trying to move but not alot.. well that was me everyone is different but i will do anything for a baby.😊🙏
