Stopping Treatment

What things did you continue to do even though you stopped treatment?

I am taking a year off of IVF. We will have to have another retrieval whenever I’m ready. But I just can’t do it right now. We had a chemical and failed transfer from our first batch of embryos.

I plan on getting vitamins for my husband and to continue mine. But I’m not sure if I should do anything else during this time. (Also, any encouragement is appreciated, this is a super hard decision to make)
