Post Depo Injection

Can anyone help me? I came off the injection because my and my partner want to try for a baby.

My last injection was due in March but decided not to have it. However, it is difficult to tell when I am ovulating as my periods have not returned back to their regular cycles. I have only had one cycle between March and Now.

Can anyone help me with their personal experiences with the length it took them until they were able to conceive?

How long so I leave it until I seek help from my Doctor? Is there anything that can help to speed up the process?
