Anyone else with horrible heartburn?

Is there anything you have found that helps? I’ve tried tums and Pepcid already. I have been having the worst heartburn, it even woke me up out of my sleep this morning.

Just talked to my midwife yesterday. 
Her tips to me:
Don't drink anything 30 minutes before or after eating.
Papaya enzymes
Apple cider vinegar - 1/2oz mixed with water and honey (takes a couple days to a week to really start helping)
If it is unbearable consistently and nothing works, doctor can provide a stronger medication to ease it.

Talk to your doctor! Mine prescribed me stronger meds when I told her Pepcid wasn’t helping.

Damn same! Only thing that helps is peppermint gum. Weird I know.

Mine is just starting to hit like crazy. It was really bad with my first so I took omeprozole every day. I didn’t need tums then

The ONLY thing that consistently helps me is a glass of milk. Idk what I’m gonna do if that stops working 😥
